Mélie the Fury

Mélie the Fury is an unofficial fan-fiction story set in the world of A Plague Tale. It follows Mélie after the events of A Plague Tale: Innocence and explores where her journey may have taken her next.

The story is complete and is divided into multiple chapters. Because the Codex is currently organised primarily as individual reference pages, I am initially submitting this introductory page only.

Should fan fiction be suitable for the portal, the story could be published either:

• as one page containing all chapters;
• as an introductory contents page linked to individual chapter pages; or
• as an externally hosted story referenced from this page.

Story synopsis

The novel begins at the end of Innocence and parallels the events of Requiem, delving into the story of Mélie, a survivor with her own burdens and unanswered questions. Mélie's journey intertwines with the de Runes’ world, reflecting themes of survival, loss, and the search for purpose. Her tale is one of echoes, where the bonds of the past shape the struggles of the present. It is but one way her story could've turned out.

Publication guidance

As the story is a completed, multi-chapter novella, I would appreciate guidance on the most suitable way to publish it within the Codex.
