Privacy & your data

This is a volunteer, non-commercial fan hub. We keep the amount of data we store to the minimum needed to run the community, and we never sell it.

What we store

• Account — when you sign in with Discord we store your Discord account id, display name, avatar URL and (if Discord shares it) your email address. We use these to log you in and show your profile.
• Your contributions — images you upload, comments, likes and any wiki edits you make, together with the time they were made.
• A session cookie — a single essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to provide the site: authentication, your public profile, the gallery, comments, the wiki and moderation. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Third parties

We use Discord for sign-in. When you log in, Discord shares the profile details listed above. See Discord's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. When you do, your profile is anonymised (your name becomes “Removed user”) and you can choose to permanently delete your uploads at the same time. Your comments stay on the site but are no longer linked to you.
